Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your investment in high quality, ethically made wares that Sonorous Love has to offer. If there are any issues, let us know within 15 days of receipt to initiate a return. Custom orders and sales items, however, are not eligible for return.

Items must be unused and in same condition as delivered. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm and process your refund either to original payment or gift card. Bank processing time varies and is out of our control for reimbursement. 

All items for return are subject to a 10% restock fee and cost of shipping (we can create a label or you can create one).

*No returns are accepted without a return authorization.

Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Expect 24-48 hours turnaround for any requests. 

Exchanges
If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will discuss options for exchange. Contact us at sonorous.love.love@gmail.com. Please include your order number and documentation of any damage or incorrect items.

Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customizations or gift cards.
