How long does it take to receive my order?

Weave on demand items typically ship in 5-10 days from the day of order, barring into account supplier closures due to holidays and/or unforeseen natural elements. Time with the shipper can vary depending on your location. Express shipping is available. 

Do you do customizations?

Customizations such as name, date or place can be added to select designs and will be visible as an option during check out. Please reach out if there is one in particular that you do not see available to customize. Additionally, a personal design may be created in house on a case-by case basis. Please send an inquiry below.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, Paypal, Apple-Pay and Google-Pay. We do not accept ACH, check or non-verified payments from out of the USA. 

What is your return policy?

We fully stand by the quality of our blankets and skincare. If you are not fully satisfied and change your mind, please inform us within 15 days of receipt.

**Item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered. A 10% restocking fee and customer responsibility of return shipping apply.

*If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we must be notified within 7 days.

Documentation is necessary and a return authorization must be received before acceptance and return for store credit or a replacement order. 

Once we receive your return and inspect items, we will process a refund to your original payment or process a store credit. Bank processing varies and is not in our control.

**There are no returns accepted on sale items, customizations, or gift cards.
